Yoga for all ages

The benefits of yoga for kids are many, including increased focus and concentration, heightened body awareness and self-control, increased flexibility and strength.
Yoga for kids helps ease stress and build confidence. It encourages children of all ages to create healthy habits for life.

To bring the best yoga practice to our children, Tovami has teamed up with Susan Fried and Budding Buddhas Children's Yoga. Budding Buddhas Yoga and Mindfulness Programs are designed to give children the best age-appropriate yoga experiences inspiring them to use the techniques they learn in class in their everyday lives.
