It's official... we're VIRTUAL! Our team has been working hard to figure out how we can all stay together as a community, and to continue to be a resource for YOU. As you know, the studio is now temporarily closed, but we will be holding daily classes online via Zoom! As previously mentioned, there may be glitches, snags and missteps - but we appreciate your support and patience with us as we navigate a bit of the unknown. Most importantly... we're all in this together. We are excited to be able to bring you classes in a whole NEW format, and to continue practicing the yoga we all need now, more than ever. Read below for all the details and FAQ’s!


  1. First things first, if you're going to join us for virtual classes - set up a free ZOOM accountOnce you do that, we will invite you through our platform. If possible, please try to create a user name similar to your name, so we can sync with the class roster. Zoom can be accessed via your web browser, and also downloaded as an app to your mobile or tablet device.

  2. Choose & Pre-Register for Class! We are trying to offer 3-4 classes per day in both the morning and evening. Please visit the normal class schedule page on our website to see the full schedule. You can use your regular class pass, unlimited pass, or choose the virtual drop in option for $12. IMPORTANT: Please try your best to pre-register the way you normally would for class & arrive on time. Each individual participant must register for the class, family sharing is available, please inquire at .

  3. Check Your Email for the LINK to Join Class: Once you register for a class, you will receive an email with the class details and the link to join class. You will also receive a reminder one hour prior to the start of class. During the class, you can either keep your video camera on so your teacher can see, or have it off! Please mute your audio/microphone during class instruction, the teacher will unmute your audio for discussion at the end of class.



How much does it cost?
You can use your regular class pass, unlimited pass, or choose a virtual drop-in for $12.* You can pay as you go or save with a class pass; $44 for 4 virutal classes ($11/class) and $80 for 8 virtual classes ($10/class). *PLEASE NOTE: one drop-in = one participant. Each individual partipant must register for the virtual class. Family sharing is available upon request.

How do I join the class?
After you register for your class, you will receive an email with the class details and Zoom link to access. You will also receive a reminder email one hour prior to class. Simply click the link, allow Zoom to open, and you're set! Don’t forget to create your Zoom account for easy access! Please make sure to add us into your contacts and check your junk or promotional folders!

What if I'm running late?
The "virtual doors" will open 15 minutes before the official start time and there will be a little to chat after class if needed. Please try to be on time as all classes are live. If you are entering late, please make sure your audio is muted.

Will the instructor see me?
These classes will have video that you can turn off for yourself, but it will offer the instructor the ability to see you and teach to you more directly. The teachers will do more talking and directing as this is a live online virtual experience.

How long are the classes?
75 minutes. The instructor will leave a few minutes at the end of class to open discussion or questions.
