Rise & Shine Flow: This vinyasa class pairs movement with breath that gradually awakens the body This well-rounded class will streamline, stretch, and strengthen your body (and might replace your morning coffee) before breakfast time leaving you ready to face the day.
Gentle Yoga*: This is a gentle class that combines yoga postures, breathing, and meditation. This class is geared toward students who wish to move at a slower pace. No Yoga experience is required. Gentle Yoga provides a beautiful way to softly wake the body up and stretch yourself out.
Deep Flow Yoga: Set your intention for the day to come. Deep Flow Yoga is a wonderful vinyasa yoga practice that will bring the immediate and profound unwinding of mental and physical tension, open awareness to the inner wave of subtle energetic movement, while strengthening and toning the entire body. The class moves at a steady, mindful pace, it allows for a progression into the interior landscape full of sensation, pulsation, and inner rhythm. Awaken and warm the body with a strong thoughtful practice and discover the infinite possibilities within each and every breath.
Level 1 Vinyasa*: This class is designed to help facilitate a comfortable, inviting atmosphere for those who are new to yoga. Creating heat in the body, with great awareness to the the Ujjayi breath, as it is linked to movement, yields flow. Alignment, safety and stability for each pose are emphasized with modifications and props, as needed. The best place to begin is now.
Ashtanga Inspired Vinyasa: Rooted in the traditional yoga philosophy, this class offers some of the same practices and principles developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. We will work through some of the series posses while offering a fusion of ideas and asanas. It coordinates breathing with a progressive series of postures to produce penetrating internal heat, releasing profuse purifying sweat that detoxifies the muscles and organs. With regular practice, one will experience improved blood circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
Gentle/Yin Yoga*: A slow-paced style of yoga with poses (asanas) that are held for longer periods of time. This practice is appropriate for everyone and a perfect compliment to other forms of yoga. Slowing down helps your acuity and with regularity this practice can create space and greater strength, so that you are better at all your endeavors.
Mindful Yoga Flow: This class will "flow" with focus on alignment. It is ideal for students who would like to advance their knowledge of asana, breath work and yogic philosophy
ISHTA Yoga: ISHTA Yoga, blends the ancient and contemporary sciences of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda. This class caters to the individual student’s needs with intelligence and authenticity. This class will provide you with the tools needed to find strength and flexibility, clarity of mind, and a deeper spiritual practice offering inspiration in every moment of your being.
Kripalu Yoga*: Kripalu is a gentle hatha yoga practice with a compassionate approach and emphasis on meditation, physical healing and spiritual transformation that overflows from the yoga mat into daily life. Students are taught to observe their thoughts without judging and to accept and love themselves as they are. In class, each student learns to find their own level of practice on a given day by looking inward.
Power Yoga: A vigorous mixed level power vinyasa flow yoga practice where breath and movement are linked. This is a mixed levels class where you are challenged to meet your edge. Flow into an opening meditation, warm up and a combination of a standing flow practice, twists, balancing postures, arm balances, forward bends, back bends, inversion, and closing relaxation! Breathe your way to newfound strength, flexibility, peace, and empowerment.
Slow, Steady & Strong: This class is smartly sequenced to counter the fast and furious pace of life. It is a practice of exploration and self study that teaches us to slow down, quiet our mind, and listen (REALLY LISTEN) to what our body is telling us. Only when we slow down long enough to hear what our body is saying, can we find out who we really are. Slow and steady always wins the race.
Core Vinyasa Flow: Breath is the foundation and priority of all yoga. When we learn to initiate movement from our core, we find more freedom and flow in our breath and our bodies. Posses that once seemed challenging or "impossible" become steady and empowering.
Vinyasa Flow: A standard in yoga, Vinyasa Flow is a method of yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath. In this class you will experience, focus, peak poses, philosophy and breath work. Appropriate for students with some yoga experience.
Pilates Fusion: Pilates fusion is a total body workout using Pilates and functional conditioning exercises. This class aims to strengthen your core and tone your body to give you a long and lean body.
Vinyasa w/Alignment: This class will weave effective alignment techniques with energizing, progressive sequences to create clarity and balance within a Vinyasa style format. Perfect for all levels.
Restorative/Gentle Yoga*: Restorative yoga emphasizes the calming of the nervous system and teaches the art of relaxation, which has tremendous mental and physical benefits. These classes most often include a gentle warm up of the body, breath and mind, before settling into a series of rejuvenating and supported poses to promote vitality and create a state of deep relaxation. You will melt tension, develop repose and stillness, and leave feeling completely refreshed and fully restored. You will have opportunities within the practice to move inward for great insight and “higher” learning. This essential class is great for all levels of yoga students.
Advance Practice: Dig deep in your practice with other devoted practitioners in the areas of Yoga asana, philosophy, alignment, mantra, yantra, myth. Teachers, learn new teaching techniques and assists. This class is your weekly inspiration designed to refuel and re-commit yourself to yourself, your loved ones and your passions. Advanced could mean we meditate and restore for a full 90 minutes, advanced may also mean we master a pose we never thought we could achieve.

Prenatal Yoga*: Yoga is a wonderful way to experience the journey of pregnancy. This class will help strengthen your connection with your baby and the changes within your body. The poses are designed to create or maintain a healthy fitness level during pregnancy while helping to alleviate common discomforts. You will walk away with a tool kit of breathing techniques, positions, visualizations and mantras that are helpful in childbirth.

Level I: Back to Basics for beginners and regular yogis looking to learn and maintain correct alignment and breathing in basic postures.
Level I/II: Advanced Beginners Class for students from Level I looking to progress to the next stage of their yoga journey. Here, the basic postures are presented in more challenging variations with a deeper focus on the fundamental yoga values.
Level II: Intermediate Class with more advanced postures and sequences which require a higher level of strength, stamina and flexibility.
Level II/III: Advanced Class for yogis already familiar with intermediate yoga postures including inversions and backbends. This class typically covers more intense, challenging and vigorous sequences.
